Who We Are

YAPPPIP — the Yobe State Agency for Public-Private Partnership and Investment Promotion  is the official gateway for investment in Yobe State.

Established in 2023 under His Excellency, Governor Mai Mala Buni, CON, the agency was created with a clear mandate: attract serious investors, facilitate partnerships between the public and private sectors, and build the institutional framework that makes Yobe a competitive destination for capital.

We are an active partner connecting investors to land, to government, to incentives, and to the local networks that make projects actually work.

YAPPPIP was established to drive Yobe's economic growth through active investment promotion and partnership facilitation. Our core functions include:
