Welcome to Yobe Invest

Yobe State sits at the heart of one of Nigeria’s most resource-rich corridors — and it is ready for investment.

Whether you are a local entrepreneur, a Nigerian diaspora investor, or an international business looking for a foothold in West Africa, Yobe offers something most states cannot: land, raw materials, government backing, and room to grow.

YAPPPIP — the Yobe State Agency for Public-Private Partnership and Investment Promotion — exists to make that process straightforward. We connect you to the right opportunities, walk you through the incentives, and stay with you from first conversation to ground-breaking.

Yobe is not a future story. It is happening now.

YAPPPIP

The Yobe State Agency for Public-Private Partnership and Investment Promotion (YAPPPIP) was established subsequent to the enactment of the Yobe State Agency for Public-Private Partnership and Investment Promotion Law, 2023 by His Excellency, Hon. Mai Mala Buni, CON, the Governor of Yobe State of Nigeria. YAPPPIP has the powers, among other areas, to initiate, facilitate and consummate public-private partnership (PPP) initiatives and develop appropriate institutional and regulatory framework for Investment Promotion in the state.

What Yobe Brings to the Table

Yobe State has what most investors spend years searching for — arable land, solid mineral deposits, a growing population, and a government actively clearing the path for private sector growth. The raw materials alone tell the story:

Sesame Seed
Limestone
Kaolin
Gypsum
Gum Arabic
Groundnut
Cowpea
Rice
Livestock
